Experienced Dog Groomer Caring for Your Pup

Kama‘aina K9 Adventures is an outdoor dog day care owned and operated by Maile and Kelly Fong. Having raised and shown AKC champion English mastiffs and bulldogs for over 10 years, Maile and Kelly realize the importance of proper socialization, good exercise, and responsible training when raising well-balanced dogs.

Many of their friends had found it difficult to find safe, clean, dog-friendly areas on Oahu where dogs could socialize with other friendly dogs and run around. Finding overnight dog boarding facilities that could accommodate larger dogs, more active dogs, or any dog that loved running outdoors was particularly difficult.

With these frustrations in mind, Maile and Kelly began clearing and developing their family farm, which quickly became a fun, relaxing gathering place for dogs and people. They grew to have specialized play areas and services, such as spaces for puppies and a dog groomer. Thus Kama’aina K9 Adventures, Hawaii’s first doggy theme park, was born!
